What is Creative Consulting?
A space to investigate your creative interests and understand your creative path inside the corporate environment or separate from this structure; a venue for discussing
your vision, ways of
realizing it, and support you might need in the process; all with the heartfelt understanding of someone who has created a similar path.
How will it work?
We will meet and talk for an hour and a half, similar to a life coach or a counselor.
Caroline will hold the space so you can feel comfortable to express
yourself. Topics are individual given your specific situation and direction.
Discussions in the past have included possible career paths, heartfelt wishes, financial change, and one-on-one brainstorming. Sessions are held in Caroline's
home, always accompanied by tea.
About Caroline
Caroline spent five years working at Microsoft in Recruiting and Marketing. She
was known for her initiative in developing two successful incubator teams (see Newsweek
and Fortune). Over time, her desire to create visually outgrew her interest
developed at Microsoft. She left the company and attended fine art school. While there, drawing and painting became her first love. Since she has
been actively teaching and painting in Seattle.
Caroline knows first hand the cycles required in aligning your heart and your work; in balancing your left and right brain. She has experienced the fears, unknown and seeming sacrifices that exist when following your own path. This compassionate understanding has led Caroline to help others see and make a similar change.
